Terms of Service

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

• You are not located in, established in, or a resident of any country or region where the use of prediction markets or crypto-asset trading is prohibited by law.

• Compliance with Underlying Protocols: You acknowledge that underlying protocols (e.g., PolyMarket) may have their own geographic restrictions. You agree to comply with the eligibility requirements of any underlying protocol you interact with via PredictRadar.

• Non-Custodial Interface: PredictRadar is a non-custodial interface. We do not hold, store, or have access to your funds or private keys. You retain full control over your assets at all times.

• Router Execution: When you execute a trade on PredictRadar, our smart contracts/routers act as a proxy to facilitate interaction with third-party protocols. The actual settlement of events occurs on the underlying protocols (e.g., PolyMarket, Opinion).

• No Control Over Underlying Protocols: We do not control, manage, or operate the underlying prediction market protocols. We are not responsible for smart contract bugs, liquidity issues, or settlement disputes occurring on third-party platforms.

• Login Methods: You may access the Services using a self-custodial Web3 wallet or via social login solutions (powered by third-party providers such as Privy or Particle Network).

• Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and login credentials. PredictRadar cannot recover your funds if you lose access to your wallet.

• Service Fees: PredictRadar reserves the right to charge a transaction fee (e.g., a percentage of the trade volume) for the use of our aggregation services.

• Disclosure: Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed to you in the interface prior to your confirmation of a transaction.

• Network Fees: You are responsible for all gas fees (network transaction fees) required to execute transactions on the respective blockchains.

• AI Analysis: The Services may include AI-powered features, such as market sentiment analysis, prediction signals, or trading insights.

• Disclaimer: These AI features are for informational purposes only. The AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or "hallucinated" results.

• No Advice: Nothing provided by PredictRadar (including AI outputs) constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for market manipulation, wash trading, or fraud.

• Use bots or scripts that negatively impact the performance of our Services.

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

• Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that prediction markets and blockchain technology involve significant risks, including market volatility, smart contract failures, and regulatory uncertainty. You may lose all funds used in trading.

• No Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PREDICTRADAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

• "As Is" Service: The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind.
